By accessing or using the services provided by Pratt Mobile Merchant Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Pratt Mobile Merchant Services provides payment processing solutions, including but not limited to payment terminals, POS systems, virtual terminals, online payment gateways, mobile terminals, recurring billing, card vaulting, and paperless invoicing services.

3. Merchant Account

To use our payment processing services, you must apply for and be approved for a merchant account. Approval is subject to underwriting review and compliance with applicable laws and card network rules. We reserve the right to decline any application.

4. Fees and Pricing

Fees for our services will be disclosed to you prior to enrollment. Our cash discount and surcharge programs are designed to reduce or eliminate processing fees for merchants. All pricing is subject to change with appropriate notice.

5. No Contracts

Pratt Mobile Merchant Services operates on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You may terminate your merchant account at any time with written notice.

6. Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and card network rules in connection with your use of our payment processing services, including but not limited to PCI-DSS requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pratt Mobile Merchant Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
